McKenna Consulting's vision is to empower businesses to cultivate high-performing leaders and engaged employees who thrive in dynamic workplace environments. We believe that every team member should feel valued, motivated, and equipped to excel, driving both individual success and organizational growth.
McKenna Consulting is particularly passionate about supporting businesses to promote and protect the rights of employees with a disability or a long term illness in the workplace.
Employers face the challenge of balancing business profitability with the responsibility of providing fair, accessible workplaces for employees with a disability or a long term illness.
They must ensure compliance with legal requirements, offer reasonable accommodations, and create supportive environments, while still managing costs and maintaining productivity within the business.
At McKenna Consulting, we help employers navigate their legal duties within the disability/long term illness management process by providing expert guidance to protect both their business and their employees.
Through tailored support, McKenna Consulting ensures compliance, promotes fairness, and creates a sustainable, accessible workplace that benefits everyone.
McKenna Consulting believes that the success of any business improvement intervention begins with gaining a true picture of the experiences of each and every employee.
At McKenna Consulting we do this through providing a free Employee Engagement survey for individual businesses in Employee Wellness and Disability/Long-term Illness Awareness.
These surveys are conducted in a confidential manner with all employees and results are collected anonymously by McKenna Consulting to inform businesses about their coaching and training needs.
